Our extensive repair capabilities enable us to repair current and older generation rigid endoscopes such as laparoscopes, cystoscopes, hysteroscopes, arthroscopes, sinus scopes, offset/operating laparoscopes etc. Full capabilities on all leading OEM’s such as Stryker, Karl Storz, Olympus, Smith & Nephew/Dyonics, Arthrex, Linvatec, Richard Wolf, etc. Our customers count on us to provide the following:
- The finest German optics sourced from many of the same factories that supply original equipment manufacturers.
- USP Class VI epoxies certified for biocompatibility and rated for temperatures up to 400°F.
- State of the art laser welding capabilities.
As part of our final Quality Assurance testing, every rigid endoscope we repair is tested on our EndoBench XTB image quality test platform. This system quantitatively measures seven parameters including:
- Image sharpness/resolution.
- Optical transmission and uniformity.
- Real and apparent field of view along with direction of view.
- Fiberoptic illumination.
- Image runout.
Notably, many endoscope manufacturers utilize this same system to conduct QA testing for their manufacturing and repair operations and the EndoBench XTB enables us to say without any doubt that the quality of our repairs are equivalent to that of the OEM. Ours is quality you can measure.
