Our extensive repair capabilities encompass a wide range of OEM’s such as Acuson/Siemens, Agilent/Philips, ATL, GE, B&K Medical among others. Incredibly, many facilities continue to opt for OEM exchange probes & spend thousands of dollars for repairs that may be minor in nature. As is the case with the other instruments and equipment we service, we only perform the repairs that are needed in order to return a probe to proper working order. This translates into tremendous savings for our customers, enabling them to extend the useful life of their costly ultrasound probes.
All probes received for evaluation and repair are tested with the latest test technologies, including the FirstCall test platform which tests the acoustic and electrical properties of the array. We then provide a detailed test report demonstrating a particular array’s capacitance and sensitivity.
Common TEE probes we receive are Philips X7-2t, S7-2t, GE 6T, 6Tc and Acuson V5M(s). Repair services include:
